Who is the owner of this complex? Who runs WWC corporate office? Disgusting slumlord tactics. They should be shut down before something bad happens to someone, or someone is left homeless because of their unexplained charges. They're not safe, they're not genuine, and they're very unethical. They charge $1300 for an un-remodeled apartment, and refuse to replace the failing dishwasher, the broken toilet with no water, the loose light sockets, but they're quick to charge fees for drying a single piece of clothing on a chair on the front porch. If it was lease related, then I'd at least like an explanation.or a refund. They charged me a fee, yet no explanation. I didn't want to pay my initial rent without an explanation, and without my wasp problem resolved.
They charged me double my rent and I've reached out for almost 2 weeks and haven't received a response. Cars are broken into, and by some genius inspiration, all the ponds are built on banks, so children can just fall in and drown. Additionally, the soda machines take money all the time and on average, only 3 washing machines are working in the laundry room on my side of the complex. Autumn Creek is filthy, the pools are broken for months, over the summer one turned green, there are leftover wasps that they failed to take care of after their initial "resolution", and refused to contact me back after multiple phone calls, voicemails, and emails both through personal email, and the resident portal. They resolve nothing, and make no attempt to contact tenants who reach out to them.
